Our primary carrier of choice is UPS however, occasionally orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS.
All In Stock orders will be shipped Standard Ground with a 3-5 business day delivery time frame.
Drop Ship orders may require longer processing times with our manufacturers.
KPaul will not ship to PO boxes. A representative will contact you should you enter an unacceptable shipping address. Your order will not be processed until an updated shipping address is provided. If no address is provided within 30 days of the order date, your order will be canceled.
All orders shipping within the 48 contiguous states will be charged a standard $9.99 shipping and handling fee.
Should you need your order expedited, please contact a customer service representative at 317-243-1757 Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for pricing/rate quotes. Please be advised that not all items will qualify for expedited shipping.
Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will not qualify for special shipping methods such as Next Day Air, Overnight Shipping, Second Day Air, or 3 Day Select.
Expedited orders are only able to ship on business days.

We use a variety of LTL Freight carriers for orders that do not qualify for UPS or FedEx delivery.
Irregularly shaped, oversized, and/or hazmat items will require additional shipping and handling charges.
Freight charges are not calculated at the time of checkout. You will be contacted by a customer service representative within 24-48 hours of placing your order concerning any additional charges required. Please be advised that your order will not be processed until you accept the charges. If you do not accept the charges within 30 days of the order date, your order will be canceled.
Any order containing freight items must be accompanied with a contact phone number as the Freight Carrier will most likely need to contact you to schedule a delivery. If only an email address is provided at the time of checkout, please be advised a customer service representative will be reaching out to you via email to obtain a contact phone number. Your order will not be processed until we have this information. Should you fail to provide us with a phone number within 30 days of the order date, your order will be canceled.
Items that are classified as Hazardous cannot be expedited, shipped 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select.
Prior to signing the Bill of Lading, please take the time to thoroughly inspect the shipment for any damages or shortages. If anything is wrong with your shipment, be sure to note it on the BOL. KPaul Industrial Supply will not be held responsible for any damages not noted on the BOL when you sign for your delivery. If significant damage is noticed and/or any other problem occurs with the shipment, please refuse the shipment or contact a customer service representative immediately at 317-243-1757 Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for assistance.
If you have a delivery scheduled with a freight carrier, miss your appointment, and the order is taken back to the freight carrier’s facility, you will be held responsible for any return charges. Should you wish to re-schedule a delivery, you will be fully responsible for any re-delivery charges.
Most all of our products are in stock and will ship within 48 hours. Please be advised that if your order is on backorder you will be notified within 24-48 hours with the exception of any orders placed Friday after business hours, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Any ETA’s provided act only as an estimate and KPaul Industrial Supply cannot be held responsible if the ETA is unmet. Should you wish to cancel your order due to a backorder, it is your responsibility to contact us in a timely manner to do so. KPaul Industrial Supply will not be held responsible for any shipping/handling charges incurred due to not canceling your order.
