The Checkmate method is the industry’s only valid field test for measuring the acid and moisture levels (purity) of compressor oil and refrigerant. Predict and prevent the likelihood of compressor failure by checking the contaminant levels in the compressor oil of an operating HVACR system. The Detector Tubes have been tested for accuracy by ETL, Intertek Testing Services, an AHRI-approved laboratory. Simply insert a Detector Tube into the Checkmate body and connect the device up to a cylinder or on the low side of system. Detector Tubes results take less than a minute
