Our Viper Ice Machine cleaner is formulated with an advanced blend of organic acids that will remove more scale faster than any other product of its kind. It is a stronger acidic cleaner and is lower in toxicity, non-fuming, less corrosive and environmentally preferred over phosphate based chemicals.

Direction :

• Remove ice from bin.
• Switch machine into cleaning mode.
• Slowly add 8 oz of cleaner for every 250-300 pounds per day of ice production
• Circulate for 10-30 minutes depending on scale load.
• Discard spent water and rinse machine 3 times.
