The 792-9315-1 pressure switches have a large exposed diaphragm that senses pressure changes directly without an inlet or an air trap configuration. This feature has delivered proven reliability and maximum sensitivity in sump pump, water treatment and other commercial applications. In washer applications, the switch monitors the water level based on load size, disconnects the power to the water fill valve and redirects the power to the timer. This process halts water flow and readies the washer for the first wash cycle.
